The venue was very good standard and top-class, I loved the stay and the location was fantastic adjacent to the train station, and the harbour and many restaurants close by. It was a pleasant stay, people were really helpful. The breakfast was delicious with dairy free options, hot dishes, meat products and the restaurant food was local!

Beautiful building with good staff support.

While the hotel exudes architectural charm, my experience was marred by several shortcomings. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which wasn't resolved . To make matters worse, the online pre-check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating, as it led to a room assignment I did not prefer. The room lacked a smart TV, which would have enhanced my stay given the language barrier with local television channels.

Historic building in the center of Vigo - surprisingly designed with "wooden corridors" to the rooms. Very spacious. Very large selection at the breakfast buffet. Totally recommended.

Very nice location to explore the city. The harbor with excursion boats is only 10 minutes.

I almost thought about giving this place a good review but, alas, I couldn't. First of all, the online pre-check in was so painfully lengthy, I'm shocked it's 2023. Where's my welcome gift? I expected more than a room I didn't prefer. So disappointed, really.

100% recommend for short stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent breakfast variety and a convenient location just a few minutes from transportation links and the bustling shopping area, making it simple to explore local attractions.

Great choice, very central and near both the shopping area as the nightlife. The room was also very comfortable and the price was great.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and is easy to reach. Parking garages are right in front of the hotel.

Parking is a bit expensive. The rooms have little natural light.

Couple's classy retreat

The room was a joy with a fully stocked minibar,, and an adequate bathroom with a great shower experience. Breakfast was more than sufficient, with all kinds of hot and cold food served by really kind staff, set the day right!

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was very good standard. We had high-class and brand-new room with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff: very attentive and proactive. The location of the hotel is just perfect, so central but at the same time, 5 minutes walk from the sea. Cafes, restaurants, bus connections everywhere, 2 stations nearby (but not so close that you can hear the trains). We were very satisfied. Always happy to come back!

The spacious premium double room offered amazing views. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Special thanks to Marcos, the concierge, whose local tips and itineraries.

The access to the parking garage was a bit tricky.

I was very pleased with the service. The room was spotless. I had a beautiful view of the city and the church across the street. They were quick to respond to any request.
